If savoury is what you crave, sometimes a fresh salad ( even for breakfast) is just what your body needs.
This is my smoked salmon and avocado breakfast salad. If you want to make it extra yummy, top it with some black olives and capers. Yum! 🤤I also have an amazing homemade salad dressing that I will share with you!
All you need are 2 cups of Romain lettuce, half an avocado sliced, a quarter cup of black olives, a couple tablespoons of capers, and optional you can add some sliced tomatoes and fresh peppers. But what really makes this salad come together is the dressing.
1/2 cup Olive oil
2 tbsp Apple Cider vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried savory ( or any herbs you love )
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp sea salt to taste
