It really doesn’t get any better than this

Roasted Brussels Sprouts with all natural Avocado Mayo


1. Roast your brussels sprouts on 350° in the oven in a cast iron pan or on a baking sheet with parchment paper


2. Make sure that the brussels sprouts are coated lightly in melted coconut oil and season with your favourite blend of sea salt


3. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes checking on them every 15 minutes and enjoy it with a little avocado mayo
