A delicious sauce for bok choy, tempeh or chicken.....
Oh my friends, this recipe is so easy and so delicious. Let us get right to it.
3 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
2 tbsp coconut aminos or organic soy sauce
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp grated ginger
1 clove chopped garlic
Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan.
Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes. Be careful not to boil or burn.
You may be creative and serve this sauce with:
brown or wild rice
in a vegetable stir fry
cooked quinoa or sorghum
