Thai Nutty Sauce

A delicious sauce for bok choy, tempeh or chicken.....


Oh my friends, this recipe is so easy and so delicious. Let us get right to it.

Ingredients:

3 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter

2 tbsp coconut aminos or organic soy sauce

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp sesame oil

optional:

2 tbsp grated ginger

1 clove chopped garlic

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan.

  2. Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes. Be careful not to boil or burn.

You may be creative and serve this sauce with:

  • firm tofu

  • rice noodles

  • nuPasta

  • kelp noodles

  • chicken

  • brown or wild rice

  • in a vegetable stir fry

  • cooked quinoa or sorghum
